A unit equals one sold side of a transaction. If you were a Realtor at a previous firm you may add units from previous firm for previous 12 months and that will dtermine your startting point. For example, if you had sold 6 sides in the previous 12 months you would be in the 70/30 tier.

If you have no sales for a given 12 month period, then an evaluation will be done with broker and agent to determine if you should need to start over again at 70/30 in the tier or stay where you are.

This is not a sales meeting; This is a session to help REALTORS learn skills and techniques, network and share ideas to further help REALTOR careers. Currently, meeting on the 4th Saturday of the month from 9-10am at the office.

Our office is located in Lyndon about 1 mile East of the new interchange at I-264 and Westport Road. Just right across the street from Westport Villages. Although many Realtors today conduct much of their office time from home, it is still important to have a place to meet with clients, access to resources and tools and a place for a refreshment.
